1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pk445 platform — including the website at pk445.app, the Progressive Web App, or any associated mobile interface — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and pk445 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the pk445 platform and close your account.

pk445 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk445 will provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of pk445 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

1.1 Language and Interpretation

These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the authoritative language of this agreement. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail. Headings and section titles are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of any clause.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or bonus terms communicated to you in writing, constitute the entire agreement between you and pk445 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on pk445, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law;
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from pk445 or any affiliated platform;
• You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of pk445 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners, where participation would create a conflict of interest;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

2.1 Age Verification

pk445 may request identity verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid national ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

pk445 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to determine whether using the pk445 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before creating an account. pk445 makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific location. Players who access pk445 from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and are solely liable for any legal consequences that may arise.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) active account on pk445. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering a pk445 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested during the registration process. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. pk445 is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Account Security and pk445 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk445 Login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP where available;
• Never share your login credentials with any third party;
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device;
• Notify pk445 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

pk445 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from pk445 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us immediately.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to security and regulatory compliance, pk445 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following: government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), proof of payment method (screenshot of bKash or Nagad wallet showing your registered mobile number), and any additional documentation reasonably requested by our compliance team. KYC verification must typically be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and BDT Payments

All financial transactions on pk445 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pk445 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank accounts including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on pk445 is ৳200 BDT. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though pk445 reserves the right to impose deposit caps on individual accounts where warranted by responsible gaming considerations or internal risk assessments. Deposits via mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your pk445 account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business days to clear.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. pk445 reserves the right to reverse and return any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as a fraud-prevention measure. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and must not be subject to any outstanding wagering requirements linked to active bonuses.

pk445 processes withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days of approval. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically completed within minutes of processing. Bank transfer withdrawals may take two (2) to five (5) business days to reflect in your bank account depending on your financial institution.

4.3 Transaction Fees

pk445 does not charge internal fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond pk445's control and are your responsibility to review before initiating a transaction.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

pk445 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, request source-of-funds documentation, delay or decline withdrawal requests pending investigation, and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Using pk445 for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds, without prejudice to any civil or criminal remedies available to pk445.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pk445 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the individual offer terms, all bonus funds credited to your pk445 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution rates per game type, and expiry period will be clearly stated in the offer communication. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified validity period.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

pk445 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing opposing bets (hedging) to guarantee a wagering-requirement completion with minimal risk, wagering exclusively on games with high return-to-player percentages in a pattern consistent with bonus exploitation, and coordinating with other players to collectively exploit promotional offers. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have the relevant bonus and associated winnings voided and may be permanently closed.

5.3 Eligibility for Promotions

pk445 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, the eligibility of any player for any given promotion. Promotions are generally available to players who have completed KYC verification and have made at least one qualifying real-money deposit. Players who have activated self-exclusion or deposit limits may have restricted access to certain promotional offers as part of our responsible gaming commitment.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets offered on pk445 are subject to specific rules that govern stake limits, settlement procedures, void conditions, and payout calculations. These rules are accessible within each game or market on the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game or market.

6.1 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets on pk445 — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are settled based on official results published by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC). In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or declared void by the governing body, affected bets will be settled in accordance with pk445's void-match rules, which are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. Live in-play bets accepted after a key event (wicket, boundary, etc.) has occurred but before the platform has updated the market are subject to cancellation at pk445's discretion.

6.2 Slot and Casino Games

All slot titles and casino table games on pk445 are operated by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules, RTP percentages, and paytable information for each game are accessible within the game interface. pk445 does not modify game logic or outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to your account balance. pk445 is not liable for losses arising from game malfunctions caused by third-party studio infrastructure.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

pk445 reserves the right to apply maximum single-session and weekly winnings limits on specific games or game categories. Where applicable, these limits are stated within the relevant game or market. Any winnings that exceed the stated maximum payout cap will be adjusted to the cap amount at the time of settlement.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk445 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to appropriate law-enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the pk445 platform on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or bypass security measures;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown error must be reported immediately and will be voided;
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of sports events on which betting markets are offered;
• Using the platform for any activity related to money laundering, terrorism financing, or other financial crime;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the pk445 platform, its software, or its game content;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk445 staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

pk445 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, where pk445 reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The account is being used for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes;
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or verification;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to pk445, other players, or third parties;
• The account holder has applied for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming Policy.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your pk445 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, pk445 will process any eligible outstanding balance to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements and the absence of any active bonus wagering obligations.

8.2 Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your account — whether voluntary or enforced — you will lose access to all account features including your account balance, transaction history, and any active bonuses. Where closure is due to a breach of these Terms, pk445 may retain funds in your account as compensation for losses or costs incurred. You will be notified of the reason for closure via your registered email address except where doing so would compromise an active fraud investigation.

8.3 Reinstatement

Accounts closed due to self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period and will not be reinstated until that period has expired and a formal reinstatement request has been assessed by our responsible gaming team. Accounts closed due to breaches of these Terms are generally not eligible for reinstatement. All reinstatement requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
